Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival is an all-genre festival and plays both shorts and features, including narrative and documentary work. Submissions are currently OPEN for the TBUFF 2026. Go to Film Freeway link to submit before the October extended deadline. Regular deadline is July 10, 2026.
The festival has been running for 13 years and has evolved into one that puts on over 200 selections of films in its line-up. The festival says it is difficult to know the nature of their selection process other than to say "we'll know it when we see it."
