Conan O'Brien Will Return As Host of 99th Oscars (released Thursday, May 14, 2026) By Kimberly Burke The 99th OSCARS® will air live, March 14, 2027 reuniting Conan O'Brien and Executive Producers Raj Kapoor and Kat Mullan. Jeff Ross and Mike Sweeney return as producers for the 99th Oscars. The broadcast will be on ABC and HULU at 7PM ET / 4PM PT. O'Brien is best known for hosting the late-night talk shows Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien and Conan. Before his more than two-decade hosting career, he served as a writer for Saturday Night Live and The Simpsons. Currently, O'Brien hosts the Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast and the HBO travel show Conan O'Brien Must Go. He has won six Primetime Emmys® and earned 33 nominations, including a nomination for his work on the Oscars. Kapoor has earned nine Emmy Award nominations and won Emmys for his work on the 96th *Oscars* and for executive producing the Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) Adele: One Night Only.
