When Film is used to educate, you get a film series meant to teach you the story of the British royal art collection built during the reign of King Henry VIII (1491-1547) to Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). Presented by Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art in Winter Park, FL.

In the series taking place on Fridays February 6-27, 2026, you can learn about the artistic preferences of various rulers and what messages such partialities communicated to the outside world.

The Museum will show films at noon with doors opening at 11:30am on selected Fridays in the Jeannette G. And Hugh F. McKean Pavillion, 161 West Canton Avenue (just behind the Museum).
