Local Filmmaker's First Short Film To Premiere

Central Florida filmmaker Michael Vera's first short film, A Scratch Built R.C. Plane will be premiering at the Polk Theater in Lakeland, FL on Friday, October 20th, 2006.
The short, starring Steve Hogg, has a running time of five minutes. It documents the first flight of Steve's first 'built from scratch' remote control airplane.
A Scratch Built RC Plane will appear at the Polk Theater following Keeping Mum, starring Patrick Swayze and Rowan Atkinson. The feature starts at 8:00 PM and the short will start at approximately 9:45 PM.
