Cuban Filmmaking excellence is explored in the Cuban Cinema Series monthly screenings. "The Cuban Theory of the Perfect Society" is screening Friday, June 26, 2026 at 7PM at Koubek Center. This free to attend screening will tell the story of a young man who leaves Cuba during the Mariel exodus, and returns twelve years later. His family has a secret resulting in violent acts of repudiation inflicted upon those who sought to escape the Castro regime.
