Miami Jewish Film Festival will take place January 14-29, 2026. The Opening Night on January 14 will be at the Miami Beach Bandshell with a screening of ONCE UPON MY MOTHER. The festival will feature 139 films from 20 countries. The festival program has already been released. The hybrid festival will offer in-person and online screenings throughout the festival schedule. This year will be the 29th edition of the world's largest Jewish and Israeli film festival.
Headlining this year's slate is the world premiere of FROM CUBA TO AMERICA, a made-in Miami portrait of community icon George Feldenkreis and his journey from Havana to building the Perry Ellis fashion empire. The film features music by Grammy-winning legend Emilio Estefan. Also debuting as a headline premiere is INFLUENCED. This film is a comedy starring Jill Kargman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore, Matt Damon and David Krumholtz. Director Rachel Isreal and Jill Kargman will attend the world premiere event at the festival.
