Freak Show Horror Film Festival Winners Announced (released 10/30/2014) By Douglas Lorah The Freak Show Horror Film Festival held its ninth annual event the weekend of October 24-26 at the Doubletree across from Universal.  You can see the list of the award winners below. The Best Florida Short winner "Killer Kart" by FSU's James Feeney is making the festival circuit rounds.  Only having seen the trailer, it reminds me of an indie feature made by Osceola County high schoolers around 2000 called The Bags.
