The State of Florida offers any qualified production company producing motion picture, made for television motion pictures, television series, commercial advertising, music videos or sound recordings in Florida a sales and tax exemption.

The exemption is on certain production-based purchases in Florida. You must apply for this certification of exemption in order to receive exemption at the point of sale.
