Tampa Theatre Screens The Beast Comes at Midnight
(released 10/21/2022)

THE BEAST COMES AT MIDNIGHT will screen Tuesday, October 25, at the Tampa Theatre. The film was shot in the Tampa Bay area. The Beast Comes at Midnight is the story of Tuff (Tampa's own Michael McKeever), a teenage outcast, struggling to grow his failing live stream, which centers around his family heritage of sideshows and carnivals. After a series of animal attacks begin making headlines in town, Tuff begins to suspect that the attacks could be the work of something more sinister.

When Mary (Madelyn Chimento), one of the most popular girls at school, reveals that she's a long-time fan of Tuff's live stream, the two begin a journey to uncover the truth about the attacks and discover that a real-life werewolf is in their rural Florida town!

The lively new YA thriller from writer/director Christopher Jackson also stars Academy Award-nominee Eric Roberts (Runaway Train) and Michael Paré (Hope Floats, The Virgin Suicides).

Following the screening, The Beast Comes At Midnight producers Ed McKeever and Todd Oifer will be joined by cast members Michael McKeever, Samantha O'Donnell, and Lloyd Anoa'i to discuss the making of the film and answer audience questions.
